Volunteer for the 2020 New Year's Eve 5K
Race Day - Packet Pickup and/or Gear Check

Are you friendly and interested in helping people before and after the race? Assist with checking in runners and with gear check. An on-site orientation will be given upon arrival. Attention to a high level of customer service is a must. Approximate hours are 7:30am to 11:30am.
Course Team - Course Marshals & Course Hydration

This team assists in directing foot traffic, ensuring safety of runners, cheering on the participants, filling cups at the water stations, handing water out during the race as runners pass, and cleaning up cups left along the course. Dress comfortably and for the weather. You will receive an email within a week of the race with details of when to show up and how long to expect to stay. An on-site orientation will be given upon arrival. Anticipated hours are 7:30am to 11:30am. Be prepared to walk to and from the water station and other points on the course.
In consideration of the foregoing, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors and assigns, waive and release any and all rights, claims and courses of action I have or may have against EnMotive, Worldwide Sport and Social Club, Running Away, LLC and its affiliates, their agents, employees, officers, directors, successors and assigns and any and all sponsors, their representatives and successors, that may arise as a result of my participation in the 2020 New Year's Eve 5K and any pre- and post- event activities. Further, I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising, without monetary payment to me.
